A Family-Run Cleaning Business
Michelle began her cleaning business on the Mornington Peninsula over 25 years ago. During that time, she learned to juggle all aspects of business management, from client relationships to quality control. Wherever possible, she still leads her cleaning teams out on the field.
Her daughter, Kacey, joined the team over 15 years ago, cleaning family homes from the Mornington Peninsula to Melbourne. Nowadays, Kacey takes responsibility for running the business while Michelle has moved into a support role.
Kacey expanded B2B Domestics by entering the commercial, construction, and civil cleaning field. The duo now offer comprehensive commercial cleaning services throughout the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne. All their commercial cleaners comply with WorkSafe Victoria guidelines and possess the necessary training and inductions to work on high-risk worksites.
Now a mother herself, Kacey balances managing a thriving Mornington Peninsula based business and spending time with her husband and two boys.
